Its sold as it comes, not cleaned or rubbed down etc Thats because there is a big disagreement between various Tape people about the best way to clean them, some (like me) use a pinch roller with a 400 grit on and then a finer one and run the machine a while, others think you need to have them blasted, others think they should be skimmed and re etched. So I am selling them as they are and YOU decide the best
