The Modulations were formed in Philadelphia, U. S. A., although they originated from Jacksonville, Florida, U. S. A. They worked with the mainstay of the city's 'Philly sound' musicians arrangers producers including Norman Harris and M. F. S. B. during the mid 70's. This set was remastered at Battery Studio's New York by Sony's Sean Brennan.
