These boards do not often go wrong but they are worth buying as a spare in case you loose a channel

only 1-2 very small scuff marks where not normally seen front panel like just out of the box

seems to have plus minus 15 volts in and various voltages out though i only note one reg there

my guess is at some stage a studio has upgraded all the relays and brought each channel up to spec

they can become worn over time causing a groove which can and does damage the tape
