Early 1840s 6TH Plate SEALED Daguerreotype Photo - Man Casts Shadow rifle I assume it was in1840s sixth plate daguerreotype portrait of a well dressed young man. It looks like there's a book standing on end, on the table next to him and his shadow is visible on the backdrop behind. Still sealed; very good or better condition in half of its original leather case.
