This is the metal standoff that sits on the tension arm to make tape travel correct

Heads as always are tricky to say how much life is left in them

Fostex 4030 sync unit They are almost impossible toI have had a few of these arrive from a studio clearance, powers up and blinks like it should. Later when I get another machine in I will make a cable set for these as I have seen the units often for sale but never with the cables
