This collar is made on 1 2 inch wide, regular weight nylon. It is made with a plastic buckle, plastic slide and metal D ring. It is made and ready to go in 9" 13". As always, I am happy to make a larger or smaller size if your pup doesn't fit those measurements. Just make a note of it as you are checking out and I'd be happy to get it made
