Vintage 1940's Massachusetts Vision Test Snellens Eye Chart Mini Rugs Exact size measures 4'6" x:: Highly desirable and hard to find vintage circa 1940s eye chart Massachusetts Vision Test to be exact that was at one time quite the apparatus. Eye chart has a house on the top and Snellen's Scale at the bottom, it pulls out on a roller and attaches to a metal rod that stands it upright. There are wires and a light bulb inside of its original travel box so there is definitely more to this piece than just the chart but we are selling it as is for
