this is not an easy job as often on the heads there is an uneven wear pattern so this has to be corrected

Widely used in the later Tascam models  this was from a 22-4

So I have bought 4 machines two 624's and two 824's and want to restore one of each model and see when they are fully set up right how they perform

I also have stock of the pots listed elsewhere as they always go wrong as well this is board only but includes mike which may or may not work {its a simple electret)

meaning that otherwise the whole unit has to be trashed
