One of several jack PCBs used in this mixer this is the d type

This is the cover that goes over the moving metal shaft next to the Pinch wheel

They have 56 positions but one is filled (or in the plug cut) so you cannot reverse them

These old 388's are really coming back in fashion and amazing what you can get out of them

again this is a rare spare and worth stocking up on

Teac erase head 2 track 50662090 One of several jack PCBsI have seen many heads that have same specs but different part numbers and can only assume these are later models though I would have thought they would be interchangable These heads are used but have lots of life left like many the heads are a little tarnished but electrically sound, few passes of tape over them and be fine
