I believe this came from a Teac A3340 four track 1/4 inch

This is the metal standoff that sits on the tension arm to make tape travel correct

they do not write part numbers on these but I am guessing they were used in later models as well

Side panel from the Fostex B16 but may have been used on some of their later models
