Veeder AVA), and Black Ridge Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA). The vineyards are planted on shale and volcanic soils, at over 1,200 ft. elevation. Wine undergoes native yeast fermentation in concrete, with a gentle extraction and pressing. Aged 36 months in 40% new French oak. Ceritas Wines began its winemaking journey
