Prà, Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, Morandina, Veneto, Italy 2021 organic with fruity and herbaceous scents35% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, 23% Rondinella, 7% Oseleta. Certified organic. The Pr Valpolicella is passed over the dried grapes used to make the Amarone and macerated for five days. Aged 12 months in mostly used Allier tonneaux. The Corvina gives spiciness and cherry aromas, Corvinone gives glycerine and vibrant freshness, Rondinella adds delicate fruit and light floral aromas while Oseleta provides color and robust tannins. This is a mid weight wine
