Kyoto Coffee Table - Natural Gunter Wermekes Inspired by traditional craftsmanshipSimple in design, the Kyoto Coffee Table is a pleaser for the striving minimalist. Made from solid white oak wood, a clear matte protective finish is used to allow the unique grain of each piece stand out. The solid wood planks are then joined by two "butterfly joints," made famous by Japanese American woodworker George Nakashima in the 1950's. The piece is available in 50" x 21" or 60" x 27. 5" in natural or a "watercolor" black finish.
