Cru Riva Gianca is one Special olive oil harvested in olive groves Ricca, Colombiera at Poggi di Imperia, located 60 meters above sea level, close to the sea. The oil consists of 30% green olives, 50% immature olives and 20% black olives. 1000 liters of this oil are produced annually. Cru Riva Gianca is an oil where notes of pine nuts are prominent along with a lovely aroma of white fresh
