He considers this wine the ultimate expression of his craftsmanship. Moreover, many hands are needed to produce this premium wine in Salento; everything is handcrafted. This includes maintaining the beautiful vineyards filled with Primitivo, as well as harvesting the grapes. This is done using small wooden crates, where the Primitivo grapes are placed for transport to the
