Where you can eat and drink incredibly well. A good friend of mine lives in the city center and has for over 10 years my wife and I are doing a weekend in Rotterdam in December. A bit of shopping, lunch and chilling. The city had ALMOST everything, the only thing missing was a real painting! Yes.
