Terroir: 100% Chardonnay from the youngest plot of Clos Cazals in Oger, the vegetable garden, planted in the 2000s. Vinification: Vinified and aged in oak barrels for 2 years, this wine then benefited from an additional aging of 2 years in a vaulted cellar.
