Scoop neckline with double layer 3 4 length dolman butterfly sleeves. Waist is elastic with a wide un attached sash. Skirt is also a double layer with the layered hem. Excellent condition with only a small issue. Near the neck line is a tiny spot of green. I have photographed this closely. Otherwise it is in spotless excellent condition. Label is Don Wolf
