Pale blue silk brocade (much prettier color then the photos even) has a floral design woven directly into it. To each flower a raised gold metallic thread work has been applied around their edges so you get this marvelous raised brocade effect. The skirt is cut slim and lean with a back vent built in so a girl can actually walk. This leads to that extraordinary waist
