60’s Black Straw Pillbox Hat NWT by Valerie Modes indian print coat no size tag - fitsDeadstock hat from the 1960's still wearing the tag. Body is a low black straw pillbox style topped with large folds of stiff white fabric. Underneath the fabric is a thick black netting which is barely visible.
